Find noon NIS spreadsheet errors before another upload.

The free browser-local checker now reads XLS, XLSX, CSV and TSV files and flags duplicate or empty SKUs, spreadsheet errors, risky image links and selected variant or global-listing formats. The category-specific complete checker is not available yet.

This is not a noon product and does not access Seller Lab. Current templates and Seller Lab error files remain the authority. A preflight report cannot guarantee SKU creation or content approval.

What the planned report would check

Template and column structureFlag a file that does not match the selected category or expected template structure.
Required fieldsPoint to missing values such as Partner SKU, brand, title, GTIN or category-specific required attributes.
Controlled valuesIdentify values outside a template dropdown rather than silently replacing them.
Parent and child rowsCheck group keys, parent/child roles and required variation fields.
Language columnsDetect empty or misplaced EN/AR fields without inventing product claims.
Image referencesFlag blank, repeated or obviously non-compliant links and separate technical checks from visual review.
Export reportReturn a row-level list that a seller or catalog team can work through before uploading.

Official noon guidance says NIS templates are category-specific, use required and controlled fields, support parent/child variants and can generate an error file after processing. That supports the problem definition, but it does not prove people will pay for this independent tool.

Minimal data use

Page events use a random browser ID, event type, page path, referrer and query string. If you explicitly confirm interest, the server also receives the email, role and optional problem description you enter. It does not receive an NIS file. Records are retained for no more than 90 days and hosted through Cloudflare.
