Free noon NIS and Seller SKU spreadsheet error checker
Before another Seller SKU bulk-creation upload, choose an XLS, XLSX, CSV or TSV file to find duplicate or empty SKUs, spreadsheet errors, risky image links, basic parent-child relationships and the format of country or HS code fields already present in the workbook.

Maximum file size: 15 MB. The workbook, filename and results are not sent to the server. The site records only one anonymous “file check completed” event without file information.
The check starts after selection. Password-protected or damaged files cannot be read.

Common NIS problems this free check can flag
- Missing or duplicate Partner SKU values. The checker compares non-empty data rows case-insensitively and points to the duplicate row.
- Excel formula and error cells. It warns about formulas and blocks visible spreadsheet errors such as
#REF!or#VALUE!. - Risky image references. It flags a value that is not an obvious public HTTPS URL ending in a JPG or JPEG path; it does not fetch or visually approve the image.
- Incomplete parent-child structure. It warns when a variation type is present but the parent group key is empty.
- Selected global-selling formats. If those columns exist, it checks lowercase
ae/saexamples and the current 12-digit UAE-to-KSA HS-code length. It cannot determine the legally correct tariff code.
These checks reduce avoidable spreadsheet mistakes. They cannot confirm that a Partner SKU already exists in the live catalog, reproduce every category dropdown, or replace the error file generated by Seller Lab.

Evidence, scope and limitations
The noon Seller SKU bulk creation guide, checked on 6 September 2026, describes NIS bulk creation, a current limit of 10,000 Partner SKUs per file, JPEG image links and generated error reports. The current UAE-to-KSA global-selling guide requires a 12-digit HS code; country and HS-code hints are shown only if those fields exist in the selected workbook.
The free checker does not validate category-specific required fields, every controlled value, image content, live URL accessibility, brand rights, product accuracy or noon internal review. “No issue found” never guarantees SKU creation or listing approval.
